Making and Mobilizing Disciples for LIFE
Our mission is to partner with parents making disciples within their home and mobilizing their children for LIFE.
Love God (Matthew 28:37-38)
Invest in Others (Matthew 28:39)
Find Joy in God’s Word (Psalm 119:11-16)
Embrace God’s Mission (1 Peter 2:9)
Scripture teaches that parents are the primary spiritual leaders in the life of their child(ren). We are committed to supporting parents as they fulfill their God-given responsibility by partnering with parents through a few different avenues.
“The business done in the home is nothing less than the shaping of bodies and souls of humanity. The family is the factory that manufactures mankind” -G.K Chesterton
What to Expect:
First time Visit:
The kidsLIFE check in station is located by the church entrance. A kidsLIFE volunteer will guide you through the process of inputting family information such as: names, ages/grades, and allergies. kidsLIFE Check-In generates a code for your family which is displayed on each nametag and is used as a security measure for classroom pick-up. This code will also be displayed on the screen if you are needed during service. After completing the check-in process, you will be connected with the classroom appropriate for your child(ren). There teachers will lead children through lively worship, engaging Bible teaching, and age appropriate discussion and activities. The Psalmist once said “I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go to the house of the Lord!” (Psalm 122:1) This is the attitude we hope to develop within our children as they come to kidsLIFE.
kidsLIFE classes are classroom instruction provided during the Sunday morning service. We aim to provide a place where children can safely worship and learn in an age appropriate manner while parents are fed through the worship and teaching of the Sunday service. Our kidsLIFE ministry uses The Gospel Project curriculum. The Gospel Project walks through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation showing children that all of Scripture points to Jesus and His work on the cross completed for us! Our prayer is that kids truly experience the gospel and their hearts are transformed.
All kidsLIFE volunteers are screened with an application, background check, and orientation training. We are committed to providing a safe and friendly environment for every parent and student, through training and resourcing our teachers to maintain such an environment. Please see our COVID policy for additional information.
