Classroom size: 13 students
Age Range: 4-5 years old
Teachers/Volunteers: 1 teacher and 1
parent/guardian volunteer daily
Days of the Week: Monday-Thursday
Class time: 8:30am-12:30pm
Snack: Will be provided through parent
sign up twice monthly
Cost: $450 per month / 1x $150 app fee
Preschool Readiness
Movement & Play: Play is an essential part of
learning! Children will be engaged in hands-on
activities as they learn as well as having time
throughout the day for free and imaginary play to foster social skills and cooperation.
Morning Meeting: We will have a daily time of
prayer, calendar, attendance and a short devotional incorporating some scripture memory to begin our day.
Math/Reading: Playing Preschool: Reading
Comprehension, Alphabet Knowledge, Math Skills, Number Sense, Recall and Retell & School Skills
Writing: The Good and the Beautiful
Parent partnership
We not only would love your involvement,
but we need it! We ask that parents sign
up to volunteer twice a month for a four
hour class. We are adopting a Co-Op
approach to our parent partnership. This
allows you to be actively involved in your
little ones education and helps the class
run smoothly. Sign up will be available on
a SignupGenius link soon after enrollment is complete.

1. Review Summit Preschool Overview
2. Fill out enrollment form and submit via email: serenaforrest717@gmail.com.
3. Wait to receive enrollment interview with Preschool and/or Church Staff
4. Affirm Summit LIFE Church Statement of Faith

Meet our Preschool Coordinator
Serena is passionate, gifted and educated in early childhood education. She is married to Dr. Greg Forrest and mother of two beautiful children: Selah and Leo. She holds a B.A. in Child Study: General and Special Education from St. Joseph’s College and a M.Ed. in Exceptional Student Education from Southeastern University. We are blessed to have her serving as our Preschool Coordinator.
